How do I add a specific pin to my pledge?
You won’t choose which design you get until after the Kickstarter ends. So, you are just adding $15 for a “pin of your choosing at a later date”.
After you’ve chosen your tier and backed the project, you can add extra pins in two ways.

Add the pin at the time of pledging. While you are pledging you will see the dollar amount in the tier. Just add an extra $15 to that for an additional pin that you will choose later. For example, if you choose the Limited Edition tier and want to add the open edition version of “Night-Day”, when you click on the tier it says you will pledge $20 ($15 for the pin and $5 shipping), so just add $15 to that so that you pledge $35.

Add the extra pin after you pledge. If you’ve already pledged, you can change your tier and add to your tier at any time. Click on “Manage my Pledge” at the top right while you’re looking at the campaign page, click on “Change My Pledge” and increase your pledge by an additional $15 per extra pin. That’s it! You’ll get to choose your pins at the end of the Kickstarter.
There are so many choices that it’s easier this way and you won’t miss out on a design after the Kickstarter is over if you change your mind.
Example 1: You want the open edition pins of “Day-Night” and “I has a fish” and you live in the US. Choose the “Open edition pin of your choice” tier which is $15 + $5 shipping. Add another $15 for the 2nd pin, so your total pledge is $35.
*** Limited Edition pins are not available for add-ons, so if you wish to get a Limited Edition pin AND any other pin(s), you must pledge to the Limited Edition tier and then go back to add $15 for each additional pin you want to add.

If I get a pre-made set, can I switch out just one of the pins?
The pre-made sets “Open Edition Combo - Celestial Dragons” and “The full Aura Dragons in Nature Set” are locked into those exact pins and they can’t be changed.
If you want to mix and match pins from different sets, pledge to the “Open Edition Pin of your choice” tier. This gives you one pin of your choice, and if you want more pins just add additional $15 per pin, plus shipping. You will get to choose from ANY of the open edition pins once surveys go out. Think of this as a catch-all tier to build your own set!
Example: You want the Aura Dragons in Nature set but instead of the design “Clarity” you want the design “Night-Day”. That means you are looking at 5 pins in total. If you live in the US, shipping will be a flat $5. If you live outside the US. shipping is a flat $15.
So for 5 pins, it’s $15 x 5 which is $75, then add shipping, so if you’re in the US your total pledge should be $80, and if you’re outside the US your total pledge should be $90.

What if I don't want all the backing cards?
No problem! I’ll be using Backerkit to gather all information about each pledge. There will be an option in the backerkit store for “Go Green”, where you can opt out of getting the backing cards. Instead, the pins will ship in the bags they come in from the manufacturer.

Where do I find a list of all the pins I can choose from, like past pins?
When you’re on the main campaign page, scroll all the way down near the bottom. There is a graphic that shows all 16 open edition pins you can choose from when you fill out the survey

Will I get another chance to add pins to my pledge once the Kickstarter is over?
Yes! If you pledge at all, once the Kickstarter is over you will get a survey to fill out. The survey will ask you to confirm whatever you originally chose to back in the Kickstarter and it will also ask if you wish to add any additional items, which will include extra pins.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
